I have some new providers I'm onboarding. Regarding the new account set up forms and purchase agreements...do these all go to orders@rxwound.com (as I have been sending before) or to the emails on the forms? This is so confusing. Does Romina then send them to the appropriate manufacturer?
Also, If I have new providers that are not using Krystal, at what point can they be added to the provider map?

Hi Deanna, yes all orders and onboarding forms go to orders@rxwound.com and either I or Jenny will pick it up and process it (send to appropriate manufacturers). You will also get acknowledgement once you send it. After that, we add them to the providers list and will soon be updated in the map :)
@Deanna Farley as for the provider map please ensure the provider has successfully ordered and placed at least a few grafts. They should not be added until they have utilized the products. :)
Good morning!! Yes EVERYTHING goes to orders@rxwound.com. There is a post about it under Alisha’s Q&A CALL thread I made!! I know it’s confusing, sorry we are working at correcting it!! ALL ONBOARDIGN FORMS always go to ORDERS@rxwound.com!! Hope that helps Deanna :)
Yes, ALL onboarding forms, order forms, and purchase agreements should be sent to orders@rxwound.com. Romina will then forward to the appropriate company.
