Hello RxWound Community. I passed through Module 1, but, there's so many different ways to make money with this company and the training left me with more questions than answers. Any seasoned reps out there making great money who are willing to share their step-by-step plan to success? I had some ideas like buying or scraping data and starting to hit the phones or hit the road. But, as far as exactly what to do? I'll admit it, I'm lost. Any help is appreciated, and I'm willing to compensate for the right info and help.

I have a Cancer Dr./Med Spa customer who I've spoken within just 2 weeks after doing outreach to Med Spas. Not saying that's "impressive" just a good result for some good effort. I was in pharma sales 12yrs but as Eric said on Blueprint call this isn't a "sales job". But do know the science pretty well for Exosomes. Talk soon.

I have worked for Merck, and, QAS/Hemosense (bought by Inverness and Abbott bought them.)
I have over 10 years in the business. However, at both of those companies, we were given extensive training/physician roleplaying, scripts, a CRM, all promo materials were in the same place or sent directly to us. So, I'm not accustomed to just attending zooms and peace-mailing everything together, at least in this industry. It's more aligned with real estate where you're literally thrown to the wolves, which is why most new agents start selling with a team or under a mentor. I understand what exosomes are, however, I don't know where to begin getting organized and started. Other than Google Maps and hoping I sound coherent enough on the phone for them to want to join that REACH call. By the way, what do you say, exactly, to get a busy physician/chiropractor/pharmacist to actually logon and join that call?
I reached out to a neighbor who is a surgeon. He reccomended reaching out to plastic surgeons since they see a lot of chronic skin wounds. Hope this helps!

What is your background? How familiar are you with any of the 3 different products we promote? Our current focus is on the remote care aspect. That is likely the easiest to start with. Calling on independent pharmacies, chiropractors, primary care like physicians. You need to get them to the Tuesday night REACH call & then they can get a 1:1 with Vern from SHS to get them signed on. You could do some Exosomes outreach if you know about the product or are comfortable discussing why MSC Exosomes are different than Stem Cells & why Advanced Biologics are the only Legal to Inject in the U.S. etc. I am focusing on Med Spas with the exosomes and providers who are focused on preventative medicine or maybe sport medicine for orthopedic issues. If yyou need some help with the exosomes we could do a zoom call. I have 12yrs experience in pharma sales. Have you watch the exosomes presentation video? If not make sure to watch it first.
