I can't get onto the new myrxwound.com site. I have an associate number and have been with RxWound since November. How did everyone else get access to being on it? I was hoping to get on and learn about our new products this weekend. TIA

When I came on, I had registered and was on a waitlist until I sent in my certificate after passing the exam.
You can always hit forgot password and see if it allows you to reset or you may have to register and see if you get in and granted access.

Answer to your question. On the website, it says to contact your upline for the link. I did contact my upline and evidently he hadn't signed up yet. He contacted his upline and everyone signed up. You just have to wait for your upline to sign up. I went to the website and registered. You need to put in your upline's email address. I also noticed that the password will need to be changed. It has the parameters listed next to the password. I used my old password and then added a symbol at the end per the instruction. I'm in!!!!!
I went on my desktop because my phone doesn't always show the whole page. There is a note to contact your upline for a link. I contacted my upline. He doesn't have the link. He was going to look in to it tonight. I'll let you know. I am on the old link but you are right there is no information on the new debridement device that I can see.
Have you been able to get on the main site? If not, you will have to register for the main one rxwound.com and I believe send an email to admin. Also, whoever recruited you can help, too. I think that's what happened for me. Someone correct me if I'm wrong because I can't remember.

I believe they said that the myrxwound site is not yet available. We're supposed to get an email when all the information is transferred over.
